My name is Ali, and I am a qualified and experienced yoga instructor, health coach and personal trainer.

My mission is to help people improve their mental and physical health through movement and meditation.

I design customized, holistic programs that include yoga, strength training and mindfulness to help my clients build strength, reset their mental focus and help them stay grounded and be present in their lives.
