Tailored Coaching Program

Before booking our first session together, we will schedule a complimentary 20-minute goal-setting phone call. Once I understand your history, preferences and objectives, I can tailor a program for you that incorporates any or all of the practices below.

Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga tools such as breathing, meditation, physical postures and movement, journaling, mudras, affirmation, and more almost always make their way into my sessions. The benefits span increased range of motion to improved strength and mental relaxation. I work with seasoned yogis as well as beginners who are looking to increase their flexibility and balance. My extensive yoga training has equipped me to work with individuals who have a limited range of motion due to chronic illness or injury.

Strength Building

These exercises may focus on stability, mobility and targeted muscle strength, and can be done with weights and bands or using your own bodyweight. I’ve created strength programs with a combination of these mediums for high school athletes as well as for older adults who have never stepped foot in a weight room.

Health Coaching

Working with me includes planning and tackling goals in various areas of self-care including nutrition, movement and exercise, relationships, work and personal development. 

Meditation + Mindfulness

Meditation can be an incredibly beneficial addition to anyone’s wellness practice. It can help reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, improve breathing, alleviate tightness and promote a deeper connection to oneself. I can help teach you techniques for exploring mindfulness in your everyday routine.
